Position Overview:
As we grow, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist that could join our team. You’ll be a technical assistance to our team in this role. The good candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as a solid technical and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and evaluation of tech products by guide interns.
Help in creation and editing manual and product videos for Users.
SEO keywords are used to optimize site content.
Review technical presentation or technical documents.
Be responsible for the knowledge base manage and update.
It’s important to make sure that the up to date product is available on the website on time.
Help the sales staff with operations from answers to customer queries through product research.
Eligibility Criteria:
Up to 2 years tech support experience.
Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Software, Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Automatic Control.
Must not be a student.
You must have your own laptop / PC with stable internet connection.
Good communication in English.
An interest in technology.
