As an Account Manager, your role will involve helping to create key client relationships, nurturing and developing long term relations based on doing understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, while building trust.
Work Location: Kumbakonam (Ozhugacheri)
Key Responsibilities:
Become an advisor that clients can trust with their business.
Gain a proper understanding of client goals, industry trends to provide the strategic guidance.
You can draw upselling and cross selling opportunities to optimize revenue.
Work in the most customerfriendly way possible with internal teams.
Measure account performance, manage KPIs and run regular reports.
Solve client problems expeditiously and expertly.
Required Skills:
Experience in Account Management (or similar roles) proven.
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
Ability to handle many accounts and to prioritise tasks.
Also strong analytical and strong skills to understand customer behavior and industry trends.
Ability of CRM to maintain accurate customer records.
Capability to solve complaints as well as improve the customer experience.
