Job description

Troubleshooting or issue resolution help with IT issues. A centralized team into which provide a client with Computer systems, IT services, or Computer Systems IT Services in the right spirit would be an IT service desk. As many as 90 of our global clients on different continents receive support from our 15,000 strong Service Desk Team around the globe, and technological advances have transformed the IT Service Desk landscape.

Today, most organizations use AI chat bots to automate and reduce their support process. A.I. chat bots make use of Natural language processing to get instant responses to common user queries and also perform simple tasks out of AI chat bots and thereby reduce the work load of the human analysts. In fact in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) you can even go beyond this trend with repetitive and rule based tasks automated such that the analyst spends more time on more complex issues.

Key responsibilities

Provide support to end users and IT issues and inquiries, track and log support tickets, solve all IT problems of the end user.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems; diagnose technical problems causing equipment to be minimal down time; partner with other IT groups to escalate difficult problems such that they are resolved quickly; maintain knowledge base articles and documentation that assists with efficient problem solving.

A client focused should be able to work with users from different communities and cultures or in different parts of the world; associate should.

Having the ability to have flawless communication (verbal and written) with our clients as well as sound technical knowledge.

You work in shifts and you work from office.

Post joining full time employee, there support available from Cognizant.

The project will pay night shift allowance.

Pickup and drop is ensured by cabs provided by Cognizant and hence safety and comfort.

INR 4,00,000 per annum compensation

Eligibility Criteria

For the Batch of 2024 to 2025 of B.E/B.Tech of any branch (including backlog), the UG full time degree.

Applying at the time of registration with a minimum 50% of consistent academic record in X, XII, Diploma, UG and PG with no standing arrears in current education.

The recruits who join must also have a minimum of 50% aggregate in pursuing degree with no standing arrears.

Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in india are open to opportunities.

Relocate to anywhere in India, work in any technology / domain / shift basis business requirement, also willing to work from office location basis business requirement.
