With Meesho, as a Senior Business Analysis you will help us identify, improve and develop technology solutions to help us achieve our strategic goals. About the Role

You will be a Business Analyst and work on reporting tools, methods, and process for the team you get assigned to. You will also create and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics that are essential to tracking and managing the business.  And you will be simultaneously handling multiple requests, prioritizing them during the need.

You will actively interact with internal partners belonging to the organisation to achieve and exceed customer service levels as well as transport KPIs. There, you would brainstorm for simple scalable solution to difficult problems, and manage projects flowing under you easily. You will have excellent relationships with our customers, even advocating on their behalves, while looking at the business goals of your team. 

What you will do

Make various algorithms to optimize the demand and the supply data.

Take derived insights from data and conduct analysis and solution building around them.

It will help management give insight and help in strategic planning.

To uncover root causes of process defects use the analysis of metrics among other available data sources.

All of this brings support to the business development and creates efficient designs and solution processes.

It determines efficient use of resources

Conduct research and take action to develop cost reduction opportunities.

What you will need

B.Tech / M.Tech in any field

Should be 2024 graduates only

– Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (As needed), plus Python is Plus.

Basic statistics and probability knowledge

Proven problem-solving skills
