Every day we collect billions of data points from multiple publicly available sources, and again many (hundreds or thousands?) times a day. We use high quality extraction to extract detailed product or service information which we automatically match and then proactively track to find price, promotion, and availability. It also enables us to match on things we’d never purchased in the first place to find a new assortment opportunity.

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge on data warehousing concepts like, Data warehouse technical architectures, Infrastructure components, ETL/ELT and reporting/analytics tools and environments, Data Structures, Data Modelling and Performance Tuning.

• Ability to talk with both business and technical teams.

• Good coding skills in Java, Python, C++ or else object oriented language equivalent.

• Basics of relational and non relational databases plus basic SQL understanding.

• Proficiency with at least one of these scripting languages: Python / Shell script / Perl / Ruby
