DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of a good service associate is to perform test case instructions and report discrepancies. Success and on time delivery of the results would be responsible for them.

Role & Responsibility

• Test cases prepared for the test of a software build can be executed

• Exeucte test case and report bugs correctly

• How testing procedures and guidelines for releases of new builds are known.

• Do regression and repetitive testing exercise to qualify builds without loosing quality

• Process data capture on a daily basis using software tools

• Have a strong comfort level with capturing results, communicating problems and failures and reporting individual status.

• All the errors / doubted failures in the execution of the test cases will be raised and added in the clarification portal and closed according to the SLAs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of QA methodology and the associated tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree
