Job Description:
Join us as the face of Zoho with prospects, customers and partners.
To understand requirements of users and serve them in light of product capabilities
Provide voice, email and chat based support
Find out your problem and solve it.
Provide timely solutions as per the users’ needs .
Help with product demos, implementation and training.
Work Location: Chennai
Note:
Must be willing to work night shifts as well as rotational shifts with rotational leaves.
