Key job responsibilities

• Strict guidelines of con4fidentiality.

• You interact with a wide variety of different types of data including but not limited to text, audio, speech, image, video and more.

• High quality labelled data using in house tools, software and guidelines, while meeting our Key Performance Indicators, with a commitment to develop and foster the safe, responsible and effective development of AI technologies

An ability to serve as a subject matter expert in using Machine Learning (ML) data workflows including researching, generating factually and grammatically accurate responses, ranking responses, creating grammatically correct text and annotating images and videos.

It can show your abilities to analyze and think critically while taking decisions in evaluating different forms of data.

• Making decisions that involve ambiguity information, performing tasks

Transition to diverse labelling workflows while staying be agile was required.

• Knowledge to handle serving of optimised end to end data execution, such as labelling the tasks and not depending too much on the work instruction

• Helping with root cause analysis, error patterns and solution for improvement of labelling tasks.

• Suggest changes as needed in process challenges in SOP, tools

• Show high judgement given to balance process adherence and take ownership to analyze and provide resolutions

A day in the life

We are ready to assume responsibility of foundational labeling functions, example, dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, video, image data with the objective of assessing and improving our AI model’s performance in everyday situations and beyond. When working in a fast paced environment, you need to be able to show adaptability, focus and attention to detail whilst needing to be committed to the safe, responsible and efficient development of AI technologies. You’re the type to recognize challenges and craft thoughtful, clever and often innovative responses to those challenges. You will be part of a diverse team with a shared vision to build practical, useful AI innovations that help people and to put in place those necessary protections to ensure that our work does that. An individuality, an inner drive and a creative mind are helpful.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in any field of study

• 1-3 years of work experience with demonstrated task execution ability

• Effective research, understanding and evaluation of a variety of domains of subject matter

• Clearly demonstrated ability to make use of open source resources effectively for broad coverage research.

• Good adaptability to the changing, circumstances, directions, etc. in a fast paced environment

• They need to feel a sense of ownership and a sense of drive, but also alternatively the willingness to take on the challenge of daily deadlines.

It will be 100% onsite role and may have flexibility in work schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Prior exposure to Machine learning domain will be an added advantage

• US culture exposure will be an added advantage

• Willingness to multi-task

• Have quite good skills in computers and typing speed (more than 50 wpm)

• Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: minimum B2 level in the CEFR framework for the CEFR (reading, writing, verbal and comprehension).
