DESCRIPTION
This role is primarily responsible for performing a variety of content tasks for the video catalog quality under general supervision. These could be tasks like fixing and/or checking metadata, image, subtitles, audio and video assets so they all work well together for the PV customers to enjoy. On the day to day job, it is determined by the person to make judgement based judge decision within a standard operating procedure. They should have working knowledge of MS office because to capture data daily.
Key job responsibilities
The person’s work of day to day involves decision making based on a standard operating procedure. This will involve tasks such as:
1. You just follow the instruction to perform day to day tasks
2. i.e., SLA, production, and quality targets
3. Updates trackers or workflow tools to maintain records day to day work.
4. Contribute to ideations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- You should write and read in English and be able to speak and write in it as well.
- Microsoft office products and applications experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- The ability to deep dive on the issues and find a root cause.
