In the Talent Acquisition, we team up in order to get on board the right talent to make Meesho India’s preferred shopping destination. Our aim is to always hunt for the best people practices all over the world to push our people practices further. Intern - Talent Acquisition You’ll join us to make data backed decisions to ensure Meesho is the best place to work.

We have a very close relationship with the Meesho leadership team and work with them to understand the business objectives and fine tuning our processes keeping in mind the company goals. 

It is important that we maintain a work life balance as the Talent Acquisition team. About the Role

If you are interested in being a Talent Acquisition intern, you will be joining the TA team and will manage different roles/functions in the hiring process of our openings. We’ll work with numbers and an idea of what a metrics driven team might look like. In addition, you will help the team to prepare reports and dashboards.

What you will do

Strong orientation with all candidates/employee/alumni to collaborate with all stakeholders.

Interview scheduling and coordinating with candidates, at the same time maintaining good candidate experience.

Managing the whole end to end interview process.

Virtual interview drive & event management.

Assisting with screening of resumes and application, creating job posts, engaging in arms length feedback with candidates.

Updating data whenever is needed, preparation of reports and dashboards.

What you will need

Preferable 0-1 years of similar experience(s), Freshers are also eligible to apply.

Required: Graduate or Postgraduate.

Recruitment in a fast moving, high growth/large scale organisation is preferred.

Communicating well with stakeholders as well as candidates.
